A Science Graduate from Lucknow University, Mr. Pankaj Tandon is the founder and guiding force behind Sri Garima Publicity Private Limited, with over 35+ years of deep-rooted experience in branding, advertising and on-ground execution.
He began his entrepreneurial journey by establishing Sri Garima Publicity as a proprietorship firm from the small town of Muzaffarpur, Bihar, at a time when organized outdoor advertising was still evolving in the region. Starting with local and regional Pan Masala brands, he built the business brick by brick through personal involvement, field execution and direct market understanding.
Over the years, his portfolio expanded to reputed lifestyle and textile brands such as Vimal Suitings, Nav Durga Sarees and Camaro Jeans, before steadily moving towards large corporates and institutional clients including LML Limited, Bajaj Auto Limited, Kinetic Engineering Limited and Allahabad Bank.
A defining turning point in his career came with the telecom revolution in Bihar, where Mr. Tandon played a pivotal role in executing and leading launch campaigns for mega telecom operators such as Airtel, Idea, Vodafone, Tata Docomo and Reliance. These high-pressure, high-scale launches strengthened Garima's reputation as a reliable, execution-driven agency capable of handling complex rollouts.
His experience further extends to major infrastructure and cement industry leaders including Star Cement Limited, ACC Cement, UltraTech Cement, Lafarge (now Nuvoco Cement) and Dalmia Cement, along with FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever.
Having worked from the grassroots level, Mr. Pankaj Tandon brings an unmatched understanding of micro-level planning, vendor management, execution challenges and ground realities. His philosophy of discipline, integrity and execution excellence continues to shape the company's culture, credibility and long-term client relationships.
Director

A Post Graduate in Marketing and Human Resource Management, Mr. Ashish Tandon represents the second-generation leadership at Sri Garima Publicity and has been instrumental in transforming the company into a PAN India advertising and brand management organisation.
He brings strong professional exposure from working nearly two years with Airtel and two years with Dainik Bhaskar, one of India's leading newspaper groups. This early experience provided him with a thorough understanding of brand strategy, media planning, consumer behaviour and integrated communication.
After joining Sri Garima Publicity, he focused on modernising operations, strengthening systems and expanding geographical presence. Under his leadership, the company successfully expanded beyond Bihar and Jharkhand into multiple states across India, executing large-scale national and regional campaigns.
Mr. Ashish Tandon has led PAN India branding and retail rollout projects for leading corporates such as Adani Wilmar Limited, Patanjali Limited, LUX Industries Limited, Dollar Industries Limited, Skipper Limited and Kajaria Plywood Private Limited, among many others.
A significant milestone under his leadership was securing exclusive advertising rights in Ayodhya, followed by strategic expansion into Varanasi, Deoghar and Prayagraj, firmly establishing Sri Garima Publicity as a dominant player in religious and railway advertising destinations.
He also spearheaded the company's entry into Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), successfully launching marquee projects such as the Hazratganj DOOH installation, which emerged as one of the most successful digital OOH assets in Uttar Pradesh. Today, Sri Garima Publicity holds one of the largest DOOH inventories across Tier 1 and Tier 2 towns of Uttar Pradesh.
From a team strength of 10 employees, the organisation has grown under his leadership to provide livelihood to over 100 professionals, supported by structured MIS, project management and execution systems.
With strong expertise across Retail Branding, OOH and DOOH, Mr. Ashish Tandon continues to drive innovation, scalability and sustainable growth, positioning Sri Garima Publicity for its next phase of national expansion.
